Great technical exposure to Cisco products and advanced troubleshooting. Good learning opportunities for freshers with supportive colleagues.

Dislikes

Rotational shifts with very low shift allowance. Recognition often depends on favoritism, not performance. My last manager lacked leadership skills, negatively impacting morale and productivity. Low compensation with minimal salary hikes. No MBBS doctors or essential medicines provided.

I didn't enjoy even a single day working with Aricent \ Altran \ Capgemini.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance and work equality. If someone will work well then the management will overload that person with all the work without working on any action plan to improve skills of other engineers.

No work life balance You cannot even take the 30mins break in the total working hours. (Which is illegal btw) No proper training. You should work on all public holidays. The policy says you can take these floating leaves anytime in the year, but there's no such thing. So basically you work on all public holidays like Republic day, Independence day etc but don't get any comp off for that. All projects are understaffed, thus employees suffer a lot....Read More

Initially it was Altran and the work culture was extremely horrible thats why had to leave company in 2 months. No Hr, management was extremely pathetic

Dislikes

There was nothing in the name of work culture, It was just groupism, nothing positive to say except the first day of joining.
