The French team members in aerospace department under thermal group are very polite and helpful. Team members in aerospace department under thermal group in Bangalore are friendly and helpful.

Dislikes

Hopeless admin and aerospace department thermal team manager at Capgemini engineering (erstwhile Altran) Bangalore. These companies don't contribute anything to India other than taxes by company and employees. Economy grows because of taxes and spending but without innovation we are sitting on a bubble are ready to pop. Very bad experience. Policy for institute students are different from other trainees. Will have to wait 1year for getting regularised.

Work Details

Due to lack of organisation policy they don't treat institute trainees well. People have to sit idle due to lack of projects and in the last they'll ask for performance review for regularisation. Very disappointing.
