I didn't like anything in ALTRAN may be some other projects would have some thing good.
They don't have any process . Managers don't have skills to manage the team and pressure Lengthy meeting for status and due to which employee didn't got time to compete deliverables. No onshore - offshore coordination.
Worst even from the first week of joing I need to spent more than 10-11 hours Manager won't listen anything

I worked as Teacher till Oct 2018 having a pan card, suddenly i applied a new pan card joined KLST on Mar 2019 using fake experience. Then with just 2 years experience i got offer in capgemini engineering with 11L/A CTC bcoz i shown additional 5 years fake experience so i could demand 11L/A CTC showing 7 years total experience in that 5 years is fake . Now my Capgemini ID is 42134302
I have no dislikes bcoz capgemini engineering is the only MNC company which can give job to Fake employees and also even after knowing that i have provided fake experience after 1 year Capgemini Engineering did not terminate me from Job bcoz iam under deputation in RNTBCI they can provide replacement to RNTBCI immediately. so still iam working in Capgemini Engineering
