The management was highly unprofessional and lacked transparency. Managers seemed disorganized, often assigning projects that were entirely outside the skill set or area of expertise. The company’s job security is another significant issue. You can put under a PIP without clear justification.

The work culture is very good. There is good work life balance here. Teams are really nice and supportive.

Company doesn't have enough projects. Freshers sit on bench for 2 years. There's not much learning or skill development happens. The increment and promotions are also very less.

Not sure about entire Capgemini but in my team there is good cooperation with no office politics.Managers were been so understanding and helping.

No apprsal by giving random reasons.Too hard to get project otherwise they would put on bench for long days and ask to leave.

Rotational shifts with very low shift allowance. Recognition often depends on favoritism, not performance. My last manager lacked leadership skills, negatively impacting morale and productivity. Low compensation with minimal salary hikes. No MBBS doctors or essential medicines provided.

Hybrid Work Culture 3 day Per week as per HR Policy. But it may be 5 days as per Project Manager. Salary is good. Team Mates are good. Office Campus is good with greenery but it doesn't matter if there is no work life balance.

No Work Life Balance, Work Pressure, No Skills Development, No Working Time, I have done work for day and night and even on Saturday. Managers things about them they are the King of the Kingdom and are not supportive.

I have been working here for the past 2 years now and they haven't given any appraisal everytime they'd tell there's a change in the policy. I have received multiple appreciation from Airbus India side for the work that I did in multiple projects but none from my manager. No salary adjustment as per the inflation no, No relocation allowance. They just come up with excuses everytime.
