Capestart is a good place to start one's career. Capestart gives importance not only to work, but to a lot of extra curricular activities too. Every now and then there will be programs organized by the company. There are clubs where people can grow their skills and their friends network. The best part is that there is a biker's club in capestart, where long rides will be organized often.
