The senior Management is absolutely useless, they just brag about their services but in reality its pathetic a cheap copy of a established product. There servies are terrible, the management can ask you to work for any of there established company without a vision or direction. There HR team is absolutely incapable. Had raised a request for a junior team member for the project but the management rejected and hired a senior resourse in a different team where there was no work.
