All teammates are good and cordial. Management gives proper and usefully training to cope up with the relevant work and working knowledge. Salary and other perks provided as per wage settlement in banking industry which is also quite handsome. Scope of promotion to higher care is much more if you work hard , conversant with the working knoledge, rendering good and quality customer service and be proved yourself as you are involved with business growth and actively participating. If you work and discharge your duties as per manual and laid down politicise as well as time to time issued circulars and implements it without any malafied intensions , your job will be mostly secured. In Syndicate bank every new employee gets opportunity to prove his worth and gets encouraged to scale next posting. So one has to work hard or use he opportunity to exell wherein success is definite. Existing staff welcomes new staff members and encourage in the work. It is within the new employee himself to use the opportunity by working sincerly and hard. If one doesnot work hard naturally he will not get get recognition and promotion. So there is a good sork environment for new staff members . Normally one will climb the officers post easily. However when it comes to scale four and above some recognition or help from top management is needed.

Job security is 100%, work culture is fine, management is the key role of development of the Bank and they have to look after their employees grievances and needs and it would be more better changing their business policies time to time.

There is no question of disliking in the Banking sector. The Bank has given us bread and butter, We have pulled on our family in well manner and given good education to our children .
