It's tipical PSU. No work life balance and poor compensation. Full of corruption and that too at the cost of young officers and further no protection to the young recruits from their corrupt executives as vigilance will follow their own guidelines even though everyone/ whole bank knows who is the real person involved. I don't recommend any skilled person for PSU banks.

Nothing like team work. No protection from corrupt executives. Only chatu employees can perform better.

0 to 1 YOE - 3.5-7 LPA 2 YOE- 6-12 LPA 3 YOE- 9-18 LPA 4 YOE - 12-24 LPA 5 YOE- 15-30 LPA Your salary should be yoe*3 at the minimum. If not, then their is so much potential to be utilized for you to up your game. Their is no point in being loyal slaves. Be a Ramta jogi and earn good money.
