A worst management of the company.

Dislikes

A worst management of company. What thing is that company provide offer letter and experience letter as a hard copy but not on mail the soft copy. If you are working on this management then issue the salary in cash now why on account you are issuing . The employers and the head of operations are not good in that company. The housekeeping after company is also not good They give us a wrong comment that they are giving the parking facility but they do not issue Call to company treat the employer as a sleeves and labour. Call to connect company and the support staff don't know that the business is going in the base of employee not at the base of employer. Because employee is a creditor of company and employer is the debitor of the company Call connect company support to employer not to employee. I suggest to every person not to go in that company It's better try for first source , techmahindra and etc...Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
