Very bad environment and worst management and hr. Make employees work for free and never gives salary. Joined last month and never got the salary till now. Worst fraud company ever. Fraud globiva. Never recommend this to anyone or else your future will spoil.

People like rajat arora are always there to eat your job in order to save their. no matter how much supportive you be but in the end the sick man would do nothing about it and will always boast in front of the clients that he is doing everything. In my 06 years tenure I got the opportunity to know how the Bpo works and some operational strategies to run the process.

It is just not dislike but toxicity i can say, the culture here now is not friendly to work if you are Team Leader or even manager cause the so called AVP’s and DVP’s they are not thinking wisely as per them perceptions are going on, whole company is busy in attendance only from team leader to Director nobody is bother to check what’s going on at ground level. In my 06 years tenure, No gathering, No R&R conducted for TL’s or manger’s or even nobody bother to come and talk with you they only want to know about attendance & attendance & attendance. There is a lot to dislike about this company, at first they will show how reliable they are about your job then will eventually find a reason to fire you. And they have so many reasons, they hire in bulk for their special needs and after their need is done they will throw you out of the company regarding so many reasons that irrelevant. One thing I really enjoyed about working at Globiva was the great team dynamic. I was fortunate to have made some wonderful friends at work and also our TL and seniors were very cooperative and supportive

There's nothing to like about this company cause it only knows how to waste someone's time and destroy their mental health by constant criticisim.

your job is never safe. You are not safe in the office itself with your colleagues. You cannot present your ideas infront of the management cause then you'll just be insulted the whole floor because only the manager was supposed to speak in the meeting and not you cause you are just a puppet of the manager. Also you cannot put logical solutions infront of the customers because then also you'll loose your job cause we are not humans, we're just chatbots.
