The upper management doesn't care about its employees, all they care is about their products and its services offered to clients. If you don't care about your employees how can a damn employee care about your product in such a meagre salary. No work from home facility, no shift allowances, no parking facility, reimbursement takes 60days. They deduct salary if an employee is late in their school.
