1)Not so strong technical team.Dont have their own standard procedure..only dependent on client guidance 2)Poorly structured work environment with no clear management system. 3)No proper hierarchy or accountability in project handling. 4)Inefficient planning and execution of projects. 5)No structured approach to timelines and deliverables. 6)Leadership lacked seriousness in project planning and execution. 7)No proper monitoring or follow-up on work progress. 8)Employees receive only their net salary, which is also at delayed dates. 9)Full and final settlements , PFs, Performance Bonus have not been paid to any employee for the past two years. 10)The MD does not keep promises made to employees. 11)No responses to emails regarding employee concerns. 12)No structured leadership or decision-making process....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
