Great place to work if you are willing to learn and work long hours . Lot of cross functional exposure Freedom and liberty is there to innovate and experiment Sound system and process with huge investment in IT infra

Mercurial Promoter .. takes decision on whim and fancies hurting the business and Careers of the employee Unrealistic business targets and VERY HIGH SALARY given to leaders to perform on the targets and they fails miserably and are than Sacked

Nothing! Only few days in a month late working hours but it's okay as, at times promoters are out of India & we have to manage with their time but we also have flexible working hours. One Should not complaints.

High Attrition Rate of Senior and Middle Level Employees, Work location is far from all areas of Ahmedabad. When Promoters are in US, they prefer to keep meeting at US timings so late sitting in office in 7-8 days in month is normal scenario.
