1. Company work culture is good & friendly. 2. Work-life balance is pretty good especially if you leave nearer to the company. 3.Travel reimbursement policies, health insurance policy for family, company vehicle support structure is very good. 4. Workshops & annual events are very good.

1. Infrastructure in terms of softwares, mechanical equipments used needs to be improved. 2. Gratuity & Superannuation are part of CTC unlike other companies & are only paid after 5 continuous years of service. 3. Food is expensive in the Canteen
