CDoT once was well known for its projects that are of national importance.Now it's heading towards as just follow office timing.No clarity on work.Everyone have to study and decide work for them.

Work Details

Was good but it depends on the upcoming management.No organization aspirations , organization run on few personal aspirations.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
