I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Increments are done very less. Internal Politics Those who always stick to supervisor they never get into trouble. Those who work hard never get their credit nor increments. Those who drop Team lead to their home, give them alcohol party they never get any scoldings

This company has nothing to like; it's all about politics. No one can grow here because some long-time employees pull others down to prevent their success.
