Compensation is variable. For same job and same experience another person might be receiving more than 300% pay. Your compensation will be 40%increment on your previous pay. They don't have well defined salary slab. Projects changes rapidly for me more than 6 projects were changed in span of 7months. Managers are inefficient most ofthen have been recently promoted without required skills and experience....Read More

I was in Next generation activation engine team. The project was getting rapidly changed as senior leadership was changing. Legacy technologies are being used.
