Complex structure of the Org. Way too much of Org structure changes within short period of time. Employees are facing difficulty with following company goals as it's always changing with the change of the leadership. Unnecessary timeline pressure.

Hikes are terrible Work flexibility is zero. Just on pen and paper they have flexible working options. No one can avail them except the managers sitting high above. If you wanna join BT , do join , no issues. Try not to join in kolkata location. There are serious problems there.

Haven't found a pigeon box last 3 months. No one here to listen your problems. If you ask anything about your problem, you'll get a response that turns back on you. The technician, pantry boy, and security supervisor are all here to give you a backhanded response. The biggest issue here there is lack of respect.
