The company culture of BT Global division in Kolkata is awesome and also good company policies. The company also provide free cab facility which helps a lot.

The company less as compared to the industry standards.

I have 4.1 YOE Java Spring boot and AWS Telstra with 26 LPA including 6% variable pay. EPAM with 29 LPA including 2 L joining bonus. Which once should I go with considering for long term, Job security and Wlb.
