We have good projects in Briadridge and recently almost all projects are introducing AI into the system. You will have internal opportunities if you want to move out of the project. Broadridge conducts CSR events every year which basically to provide education, food, and other events to help the backward school children. You will get opportunities to learn. Not only all about work, Broadridge also focuses on employee life balance by providing number of sports events, Table Tennis, Carrom, Chess, badminton and Cricket. Pay structure has changed 2 years consecutively which I didn't like. Vehicle parking is insufficient. Gym equipment are just okay, could be more machines

The culture has improved with new management and offices are very beautiful. You get learning opportunities but its a slow paced company. You have ownership of your work and your visibility is to the top.

Salaries are average even if you do great work, its not as high like product based but its not as low like service based right in the middle.

Me**eads being the managers who are in the system since a decade and act like they know everything but when the actual time comes they use "not sure" to everything which i assume they learnt in a decade's experience ....lol Secondly, favouritism, which is holding this org to excel or this how this org works. Polictics is not the concern unless their brain works. But underskilled decaders are more challenging and a single person ending up with taking teams pressure. Salary, bonus, benefits totally outdated, managers keep eyes on your breaks like pakka Indian culture. Bonus salary hike not for hard workers it's only for bucket employees. This company has one of the worst cab services for who work in night shift.

Broadridge is good for female Associates, male management show a lot of bise towards female Associates If Female Associates maintain proper Rapo with male management, their promotion, hike and etc will be excellent
