Nothing to like about this company.

A lot of Managers and VP are there so whom to take orders from will be difficult, looks like a product company but don't get fooled by it. Once you a selected for a team you can't switch from it, VPs are useless with no knowledge about technology, and older employees will not pass KT to you. The biggest drawback after this is no phones are allowed on the floor, you will get a basic phone, 90 NP, and on top of that no benefits. The variable will come in once a year in Oct and for that also performance reviews will be there.
