Absolutely nothing , they would charge you for the privilege to work if they could. If it was not the fact that slavery is abolished , they would put chains and force you to work 24/7. They do not understand what sickness means , what family means , what personal life means.

Dislikes

I would have to write a whole book and the comparison with East India company would not end. You may be dying but they would say work until you are dead. Business comes first.

Roaster they publish has no sense. You don’t get to use your own paid leaves, getting an off is very difficult. There is no secrecy from Business managers to managers to supervisors. Work life balance negligible. You don’t get salary as per the work load. BA don’t handle customers like they should. They don’t provide refunds even when cases are going on for months.

This is the first company I worked for with not much to compare it with. The people here have been wonderful to work with. It's pretty chill working here, but then again that may vary depending on personal expectations and experiences. Overall it is a great company to work for as a fresher and you would always find opportunities for learning and growth. All the best !

It was a little far from my home so that hampered my experience a bit due to the time taken for travel, though they do provide both side cabs. They need to work on work life balance as it's majorly work there and we don't get fun Friday's and such, not as of yet at least. If anything were to be organised then you'd have to visit utilising your own breaks only. Applying for leaves could be a little more lax, here you have to apply them beforehand based availability. Even if you're sick your incentives will be hampered if you are to take a leave, even if you've applied for a sick leave. Then again that is just me cribbing a little over things that could be improved upon. Overall it is a good company for a fresher and perhaps things would be a little different by the time you join.
