This is the first company I worked for with not much to compare it with. The people here have been wonderful to work with. It's pretty chill working here, but then again that may vary depending on personal expectations and experiences. Overall it is a great company to work for as a fresher and you would always find opportunities for learning and growth. All the best !

It was a little far from my home so that hampered my experience a bit due to the time taken for travel, though they do provide both side cabs. They need to work on work life balance as it's majorly work there and we don't get fun Friday's and such, not as of yet at least. If anything were to be organised then you'd have to visit utilising your own breaks only. Applying for leaves could be a little more lax, here you have to apply them beforehand based availability. Even if you're sick your incentives will be hampered if you are to take a leave, even if you've applied for a sick leave. Then again that is just me cribbing a little over things that could be improved upon. Overall it is a good company for a fresher and perhaps things would be a little different by the time you join. The management of British Airways is quite good. I like the work which I do. All the Team Managers are humble and kind. The infrastructure and transportation is good. All over the company has it's own standard!

The Company claims that it is employee centric but in reality they directly terminate the employee who complaint for physical and mental harrasment without any investigation and while terminating the even imposed falsest accusations and asked me to resign when I denied to resign they directly mailed me the termination letter.

Learning about the travel industry, company is open to hire people at a later stage in life with any work background, Staff travel (unlimited travel - international or domestic till the time leaves are approved)

Not a great pay master, very frequent shift change ( at times people ending up doing 3 shift timings in a 5 day working week)
