Management and transportation needs renovation big time improvement required in the work environment Cafeteria doesn’t serve healthy food When it comes to incentives they only know one way i.e not to provide any and find reasons to save that .

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
