The work culture is good and professional. The management is friendly and take regular feedbacks to understand our concerns. The leadership team will recognize our efforts, if we reach our commitments the job won't be at stake.

Work pressure. There is no social development, Company may organize team outing hardly once in a year. Targets are high but variables are not satisfactory.

I have been working in this company from past one and a half year and so far I am feeling good and daily it is new learning process for me. Further I gained so much of knowledge through my work experience in this company. The company had provided the work from home facility even before the government announcement which which is really appreciated.
