The HR policies here are beyond frustrating, always skewed in favor of the company's benefit. Taking sick leave results in absurd pay deductions, and the actual salary falls far short of the promised CTC in the offer letter. If you're desperate to join, demand a proper offer letter upfront; otherwise, I strongly advise against proceeding.Work life is a nightmare. No internal projects it's just a body shopping organization and that to of a worst kind. During covid they use gps base app to locate and track employees locations, and forced employees to be in office even though client was not asking that. As all of their's employees work on their client location and follow all the time sheet related process there then too Brigosha management force their associates to fill extra 2-3 trackers on daily and weekly basis which seems completely useless. Work pressure is just too much, they force people to work in shifts to support client's project. Even night shift.
