No, Job security, no work life balance. Director is itself very insecure about the performance and his employees. Managers are not at all good. No proper management for employees, electricity cuts, Internet issues and at the end of the day the employee has to deliver their full task as electricity or internet were a part of work and we have to ourselves manage our time. At times water doesn’t comes. Not flexible for work from home. Every other person has trust issues here from top to middle level.
