I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

This is the worst compnay to work .Top management treats employe like nothing and they can fire u within a day without any notice . They fire employe days before the salary day and doesn't give any salary after taking work from u
