There is nothing to like here. One can learn how to butter the boss or senior management persons and play politics.

Dislikes

No job security. Not at all an employee friendly work culture. High level of bossism. One should work like a puppet under the senior people. Top level people are just sticking around to make use of juniors and their experience and talents are of no use in providing a good work culture. Only favoritism, biased treatment and blame game. It is very clear that, just a qualification, position and experience of senior management folks is of no use in building a good work environment. I like the most in Brickwork was my colleague and the work environment, work life balance, learning new things related to work and the friendly surroundings with cultural activities which freshen up the place and people

I don't like anything in this company

Dislikes

It is the worst company I have worked with. Salary is not good There is no incentives. No bonus nothing People have to beg for leaves No work life balance During pandamic I used my personal laptop to work. No internet charges. So much of bias and favouritism Projects are given only to management favorites So many internal reports. Company is wasting time in non productive things

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
