It was dislike earlier but now Bravura is improving this aspect where they are training their managers via anywhere leadership culture where there is a focus on :- 1. Growth Mindset 2. Mental well-being 3. I work in Engineering Vertical of Bravura, to development group and we have in house Transfer Agency Product used by reputed UK clients. And I work in the capacity of Senior Development Lead for the enhancement and ongoing system problems.
