In my eleven years experience I am very much irritated about this company. First few years it was good, right now it is very much poor. There is no fixed date for salary, every month we get our salary one month later, also get our salary in installment, there is no P.F. in franchise no pay slip for salary, there a lot of difference in franchise and corporate center in Brainware.

There is nothing to like. In some few years it was very much terrible to work.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
