1. Talking about Management its a bit poor, when you leave they are very rude and pretty much Informal , which is unprofessional. They must be prepared for every situation. 2. Yes I found Politics , promotions are supported to men as compared to women. 3. If they don't want you to grow then will stop giving work and mark less performance. 4. Company has pretty much good revenue then also gives very less pay to freshers....Read More

1> Job Security at BV is literally good. Totally based on ones Performance. 2> Rest all is good. Especially the Trainers and Team-Leaders do their Job Amazing , no doubt. 3> Talking about companies policy - For Freshers: 2 yrs of bond, if we leave company before the bond completes have to pay Thirty-k INR. That's fine, okay.

Dislikes

1> Salary for Freshers is a bit less starts on wards :- 10,500 INR CTC and take home :- 8,475 INR for first 6 months. 2> First Appraisal as far as I know : 5k to 6k for the ones who will perform too good during the evaluation period. 3> If necessary have to work at night also.

To be very honest I would say commuting to office, as during peak office hours traffic gets worse and you spend almost 2 to 3 hours per day in travelling.
