The most thing I like about is team and team leader is too supportive and helping. Team of particular department is also large so you can get guidance from experienced and senior persons and gain precious knowledge. There is nothing to dislike about Brainvire but the if you still ask about it, then I say canteen should be large in space.

The company deals with global clients from many countries due to which I personally get the benefit of improving my speaking skills. I really enjoying working with this company as it helps there employees to grow up in the market like learning new technology, getting certified courses and also providing opportunities to work with international clients. Talking about my work, it's very challenging but full of learning. I used to work as a Web developer on frontend technologies. I mostly works on client base projects so it makes me more responsible towards my work and sometimes hectic but it's fine.

1. Employee are getting equal opportunity for growth and develop new skills. 2. Management is ready to listen and react on properly executed concerns and they try to get proper solution. 3. Work culture is awesome. 4. Salary always on time and appraisal as well. 5. Good leave policies.

1. It happens that some time appraisal is not satisfactory (As everyone has different expectation) but if you raise concern and explain properly then management also try to do desired or near to desired appraisal.

I Joined Brainvire Infotech as Sr. Software Test Engineer for Open Source Dept. from May-2016 and currently working as QA Team Lead. Basically I am responsible for QA of Open Source projects for web and app.

The only thing I dislike about Brainvire is the referrals scheme. Here the employees are paid less for referrals. However this is a negligible point and it has nothing to do with core employee profession and duties.

I am working as a Business Analyst with pre sales and most post sales activities. I mainly deal with clients right from requirement gathering till project deployment. I closely work with Project Managers and Department Head to plan & execute the project.

I have been working in Brainvire past 3 years on one project and trust me it's a great learning opportunity for me with flexible working hours.
