Nothing good. They are IT companies they are involved in boosting the image of other companies. Similarly, all these good reviews about their own company are not reliable. just talk to any previous employee and you will know.

...managerial level, now imagine the toxicity at the associate and executive level. The owner is Jain (so salary toh bhul jao) Diwali pe bhi no bonus Even when you leave they will call other companies not to hire you.

...to 7 but if you leave at 7 seniors presure you to work more than office hours. Unskilled seniors try to justify their salary by pressurising juniors without any reason. If you are on probation period and you try to leave me in time after completing your probation they will fire you telling that you are insufficient. No training At the time of appraisal seniors will do their best to contradict your work quality, so you don't get salary hike in front of HR and managers but outside they are sweet like suger

- Toxic Work Culture - Some head level persons do politics with Juiniors. They don't know anything (0 knowledge, If i say simply how to write one program to do summation of input variables i am damn sure they will fail) and they are still in top position. They make fool to CEO and CEO also gets fooled. - They always brings connector project. All employees are tired but still to earn money they brings. - BA don't know anything, they just say false statements to client to bring projects. - There are some persons with delivery head posts but don't even print statement working and also don't know how to hire people. They just play politics with employees to secure their position. - No relaxation in work. Once you complete one project then they immediately put developers into other project to bring it live. To generate more reveneue they hire freshers with 0 knowledge. To get relaxation sometimes I had shown the work is in progress even if it is completed. - Boring connector projects of erp and magento

... don't want you to grow then will stop giving work and mark less performance. 4. Company has pretty much good revenue then also gives very less pay to freshers.

- Process is not same for everyone. - Internal politics and groupism are there. - Job security is not there - No future visions after selling the company.
