None of the organization is good or bad ,it completely depends on the people in the company how they maintain the Prestige /decorum of the company by maintaining the decor . This company is no doubt good for freshers But people over their is making it worst environment to work . work culture ,the Etiquette, behavior nothing is followed which is making its work culture worst . No doubt the HIGHER AUTHORITY MD,CEO is excellent. But as an suggestion I would like to add few points MD of the company is researching on why the ex employees doesn't want to retain . Its very sad that the higher authorities such as MD,CEO they are not at all aware of this culture going on in the ground level . Scam Airtel dth sale karte, itna jyada paisa lete hai aur channels aache nhi dete bolte hai alag dth se aache hai lekin thora v signal nhi aata. Employees ka salary khate hai, last month ka salary nhi dete faltu ka policy bolke employees se v scam karte hai aur karwate hai. Emergency mein v leave lene nhi dete. In my tenure 3 process closed up as the managemet not able to maintain their needs. only one process is going on and from 60 to it become 30 and still getting lowe, salary is ery very less only 13k. the company says even the employee completed 1 year only 250-500 rs incerment or else the employee can go and 90 days of FnF, the pf also not exit even after 8-9 month after leaving the company
