In that company no any job security. Any time u will go out site from company . Every time give warning regarding this matter. And work culture how can we say about company culture because there have no zonal office. There r many employee those not meet his zonal coordinator after 4 year work with company so I can't say any thing abo ut company culture. If you have suffered any problem from management/either higher designation employee then no body help to you. Company policy never be explain to any employee when he join that organization. There is no job security if you have good turm with higher managment then you safe either you will through out of this company. If company have work for us. Company wrob hardly then if company not have work . It's pay sallery according working days. I can't understand till what the company policy. I want to share my experience in simple word. Every man work for money. When company wrob employee with out pay or pay insufficient. At last I can never denied that I have learned and take experience if it's good ya bad.

The work environment was very good. All the teammates where supportive and even the management was also very transparent.

Salary is decent but carrier growth is very slow.

Work Details

The job was quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the initial stage as there was no formal training. What I learned was from on the job. Got the chance to get into multiple role which helped me in a great way.
