If you don't like they will fire you immediate without any HR and employee conversation. Very poor administration and HR team won't take any step in understanding the employee and problems faced

Likes

I really appreciated working at Botree Software before 2022. The leadership under the previous CEO was inspiring and supportive, fostering a positive work environment. However, the change in leadership has brought challenges. The new CEO's approach has been quite different, and it has impacted the workplace negatively.

Dislikes

What I dislike most about working at Botree Software is the poor management and the lack of supportive people. The work environment has become quite toxic, making it difficult to stay motivated and productive.
