You don't get good salary for what you work. They recruit for a particular language and force you to work with other language. And also they recruit for a particular location and ask you to join other branch..poor hike.

Work life balance is worst, most of the times have to work on weekend, and also to get leave is very difficult proccess, have many level of approval before getting any leave.

Salary Increment Structure is Lower than expectations such as I am a Well Experienced (17 Years) to working as a Dedicated IT Support to Various FMCG Clients and always hold on a Top Level of my Company Name as based on my Working Process and Goodwill to Clients of My Self.

We can gain more knowledge for skill development.

No scope in knowledge even if the very old Botree employees have no knowledge means they will retain them. If the resources having more knowledge means but they wont consider it. Only agenda money for them. Without spending money they will expect more deliveries and work. I really appreciated working at Botree Software before 2022. The leadership under the previous CEO was inspiring and supportive, fostering a positive work environment. However, the change in leadership has brought challenges. The new CEO's approach has been quite different, and it has impacted the workplace negatively.

Dislikes

What I dislike most about working at Botree Software is the poor management and the lack of supportive people. The work environment has become quite toxic, making it difficult to stay motivated and productive.
