No respect and recognition with hardworking employees.. no job security.. employees work in fear, they may ask you to resign or sack anytime... Very poor and dumb management.... We can gain more knowledge for skill development.

No scope in knowledge even if the very old Botree employees have no knowledge means they will retain them. If the resources having more knowledge means but they wont consider it. Only agenda money for them. Without spending money they will expect more deliveries and work.
