I joined BOSS in the very early days and love working here so much. I constantly have new and interesting projects to decide how to approach my work, which is a huge in a good way from my previous company. Our leadership cares a ton about everyone here. They work really hard and are always there when I want to talk to someone about my work, an idea, or just catch up. As it's a start-up organisation no dislikes, whatever the company does to the employees before execution the management will be discussing with everyone in the town hall. Every month we'll be having a town hall over there the management will discuss the points with the employees then the policies or the discussed decisions will be executed. There are recent negative reviews which are not a true representation of Boss Staffing Solutions, and it's a bummer that someone would try to damage our company's reputation by saying untrue things, Women's safety is more important and we do take care of it precisely. so don't believe them come and experience the truth....Read More

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
