There is nothing pros of this company. Specially if you are working in Mobility service team. If you are fresher, you will have a good time but if you are a mid level experience guy then it's a next hell for you. Your ideas will be suppressed, you will be humiliated, your efforts will go unnoticed. If project succeeded, then credit will be shared by Program Manager and architects and if Anything fails, it's completely developers failure. No project clarity No working or coding guidelines They don't know how to mitigate the issue if any problem comes. They just blame the developer. Bosch as a company is great, data annotation department is more biased and there is no value for the associates who relocate from other states to core location.

Dislikes

Technical leads assume themselves as project managers. Project managers are completely dependent on tech leads. Managers are puppet and more biased to seniors in the team.
