There are many useless group managers who know nothing other than politics. They don't know what their team members are doing. These group managers are just like government babus without contributing much to the organization, but drawing hefty package.

Dislikes

In coimbatore, RBEI there are lots of discrimination against people from Northern n eastern part of India. HRs are useless. I was denied many opportunities n I was harassed a lot. Their grievance regressal cell GRC is useless too. Only local tamil guys are given preference even though they are below average. Many even don't know how to write n speak proper English. Bosch India is degrading.

Nothing much. Full of incompetent people specially in coimbatore.

U will learn things very slowly. In coimbatore, Tamil are preferred. Managers are biased. Candidates from north are harassed and almost all leave in short time. There are hidden HR policies which mandates giving preference only to local ppl. Go there only if u want to become a dumb. Only 10% are little intelligent. Mangaers are dumb. It is very difficult to get on sites these days. But there are few people who will always keep on going for onsites, no matter what happens. They should give chance to new people. Some times there is office politics. Some team leads they are exceptional. They will help you and guide you in right direction.Work culture is very good. Good training and certification facilities. Overall it is good. If you are a fresher then try avoiding this company. It is purely luck as in which project you will be working. If in some case the project does not deals much with technical things then it may become very difficult after 2-3 years.
