There is nothing pros of this company. Specially if you are working in Mobility service team. If you are fresher, you will have a good time but if you are a mid level experience guy then it's a next hell for you. Your ideas will be suppressed, you will be humiliated, your efforts will go unnoticed. If project succeeded, then credit will be shared by Program Manager and architects and if Anything fails, it's completely developers failure. Bosch as a company is great, data annotation department is more biased and there is no value for the associates who relocate from other states to core location.

Technical leads assume themselves as project managers. Project managers are completely dependent on tech leads. Managers are puppet and more biased to seniors in the team.

1. If u are having health issues or ur children having health issues or ur parents, if u think u can stay back home with them and continue ur work to help your team, forget about it. HR will take you to apply for a leave 2. They are such an hypocrite that they will send mail about work-life balance and mental health, but don't understand that pushing the Bengaluru traffic and coming to office waste so much of energy that people get frustrated. Not sure who is taking this critical decision. 3. Soon they will create a innovation less zombie army. They will come stay in office for 6 hours and just poof ..go back home .. after pushing 2 hrs of traffic what do think they will innovate. 4.
