Bosch values are really nice but manager as well as HR (few not all particularly ESZ1 team located in 3rd floor, 602 building, adugudi,Bangalore) are not following these values and ethics. Bosch as a company is great, data annotation department is more biased and there is no value for the associates who relocate from other states to core location.

Dislikes

Technical leads assume themselves as project managers. Project managers are completely dependent on tech leads. Managers are puppet and more biased to seniors in the team.
