HR policies in India are worst with least benefits and hikes. Learning on job is close to nothing. Extremely slow career growth with peanut hikes. Obsolete tech stack in majority projects. Extreme micro management at org level especially in India. Roles are not what they promise initially during interview. Bad project level decisions. The once glorified job security is now a myth. There are many dislikes like working culture in some departments is pathetic and toxic. Not all but middle management is ruining the reputation and brand of Bosch. Some managers openly encourage favoritism, biasing and they see treat employees from other states differently. Unfortunately I saw group culture like Tamil group, Kannadagroup, mallu group and so on and there is so much politics that even game of thrones is also small. No proper encouragement for talented associates. For promotions you either from the same state or place as your manager or you literally good at licking their a**, They don't hesitate to snatch the credits of your work. If you have career ambitions and goals do not join this company especially in Bengaluru.
