There is nothing pros of this company. Specially if you are working in Mobility service team. If you are fresher, you will have a good time but if you are a mid level experience guy then it's a next hell for you. Your ideas will be suppressed, you will be humiliated, your efforts will go unnoticed. If project succeeded, then credit will be shared by Program Manager and architects and if Anything fails, it's completely developers failure. 1. If u are having health issues or ur children having health issues or ur parents, if u think u can stay back home with them and continue ur work to help your team, forget about it. HR will take you to apply for a leave 2. They are such an hypocrite that they will send mail about work-life balance and mental health, but don't understand that pushing the Bengaluru traffic and coming to office waste so much of energy that people get frustrated.
