HR policies in India are worst with least benefits and hikes. Learning on job is close to nothing. Extremely slow career growth with peanut hikes. Obsolete tech stack in majority projects. Extreme micro management at org level especially in India. Roles are not what they promise initially during interview. Bad project level decisions. The once glorified job security is now a myth. Contract employees aren’t allotted skill based jobs, several admin tasks are given to handle. Due to job security pressure, contract employees don’t have much say to accept or reject the projects. No great in hand payment nor skill based experience is achieved.

Bosch is a very good company, for technical development and opportunity to explore new technologies. Work Life Balance was there.I liked the Bosch culture throughout the year. The associate was the wealth of the company and policy led by Great Bosch was the foundation on which the company is built .
I could see there is a culture shift compare to earlier in India location. Sometimes growth depends on the team you are working with. Expecting more dedicated and motivating leaders who can uplift the associate.

HR will take you to apply for a leave 2. They are such an hypocrite that they will send mail about work-life balance and mental health, but don't understand that pushing the Bengaluru traffic and coming to office waste so much of energy that people get frustrated. There is nothing pros of this company. Specially if you are working in Mobility service team. Bosch as a company is great, data annotation department is more biased and there is no value for the associates who relocate from other states to core location.
Technical leads assume themselves as project managers. Project managers are completely dependent on tech leads. Managers are puppet and more biased to seniors in the team.
