There is very good work culture environment and the best thing here is that you will work freely no too much pressure, everyone is polite and helpful , It is a great company in all manner।

They give appraisal less according to the performance of the company in a year , but after a good time if you are here u will be promoted

Contract employees aren’t allotted skill based jobs, several admin tasks are given to handle. Due to job security pressure, contract employees don’t have much say to accept or reject the projects. No great in hand payment nor skill based experience is achieved.
