Bosch is good at paying variable pay when over company cprp ratio is good. Projects are very less. If we allocate to one project and end with project, new assignment will be given with minimum 5 months on bench due to lack of projects.

Dislikes

Projects has very less projects. Bosch has to speed up on getting new projects and compete with TCS, infosys, Capgemini, IBM etc. Managers are not much focusing on projects and billing, instead they say, we have to improve on skills and skill gaps. Some clients says, Bosch billing is high compared with other vendors. Which needs to take care by Bosch and attract the clients....Read More

Balanced work-life time, you can literally learn anything and reach your target positions technically, decent salary benefits, less direct politics, If you are doing your work well you won't be pested for minute things

Dislikes

Having learning new cross domain technical niche skills I don't see any difference in Salary w.r.t my coworkers, Salaries should be competitive w.r.t market which is also leading to high attrition rate, Politics exist at high level management. I also experienced some people maintain informal connection with higher management for personal benefits.
