Can feel the school days and colleges days back. It's a Bosch arts and science college. Can be a Long term employee without benefits. Lot of events and hackathons

Dislikes

Crowded at everywhere for everything (office space, canteen, parking...) Worst HR policies (eg. Insurance) and poor support from HR dept. Still following the old work culture. Each team following their own standards Can't understand the Bosch terms. Busiest road to reach office (office located in remote place) No proper guidance/ support from manager / management. No learnings No work satisfaction... Only focus on the internal events at any cost. Should beg the work load without manager assist. No onsite because of its a poor service company....Read More
